Because we use precious metals, you may notice some tarnishing. Using a polishing cloth will quickly bring back the original shine and luster of your jewelry. All our wooden pieces are sealed, but it is best to avoid getting them wet. We recommend hanging your earrings or storing them flat. If anything should go wrong with your jewelry, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can make it right.

All the wood parts of our jewelry are hand-sanded and sealed. You can feel confident in your purchase from us. If something should go wrong, we will make it right.

To start this process please email us at service@graceandwoodco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return order has been received, we will issue a full refund (less shipping charges) to your original payment method.
